Lough joined the Orioles prior to Saturday's game, the Baltimore Sun's Eduardo Encina reports. The original plan was for Lough to go on a rehab assignment in the minors Saturday, but there's a chance he could be activated from the DL Saturday night. Either way, he's not in the O's lineup Saturday, so any potential fantasy value he could provide will have to wait until Sunday, at the earliest.
