Lough (hamstring) is leading off and starting in left field in a rehab game for Class-A Frederick on Sunday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports. Lough was tentatively scheduled to take this role Sunday, and this announcement confirms the original plan. Should he emerge from the contest free of issues, look for Lough to be activated be the Orioles on Monday.
