Lough (hamstring) had a setback in his recovery, the Baltimore Sun's Dan Connolly reports. He did not participate in Tuesday's intrasquad game as expected, and manager Buck Showalter said Lough's hamstring is still giving him trouble. It was previously reported that Lough would come off the DL when first eligible Saturday, but Showalter said that is now difficult to envision.
