Lough could see his playing time reduced as manager Pete Mackanin said he intends to give Tyler Goeddel increased playing time, Matt Gelb of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Mackanin admitted he needs to give Goeddel more playing time over veterans like David Lough and Emmanuel Burris, who have no long term future with the team. Lough has hit .263 with a stolen base in 38 at-bats with the Phillies since his recall from the minors. He should still continue to see some action in left as well as right field.
