Lough could begin the season on the disabled list due to hamstring and back issues, Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun reports. If Lough is unavailable to begin the season, Alejandro De Aza or Everth Cabrera would likely slot in as the backup center fielder behind Adam Jones. Lough remains a question mark in terms of the 25-man roster when he returns from his injury, but the issue doesn't do him any favors in that regard.
