Lough (back) is expected to be back on the field within a few days, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports. Lough was scratched from Tuesday's Grapefruit League game against the Pirates after his back tightened up when he picked up a ball in the batting cage. It doesn't sound like the outfielder nor the Orioles are too worried about the injury, but it certainly won't help his cause in the competition for a reserve role. Along with Lough, Delmon Young, Jimmy Paredes, Steve Pearce, Chris Parmelee, and Nolan Reimold are among the names battling for backup gigs in the outfield.
