Lind is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Tigers. Lind, who went just 2-for-24 over his last seven games, will be held out Monday with the Brewers employing an all-righty lineup against Tigers starter Kyle Lobstein. Jason Rogers will get the start at first base in Lind's place.
