Lewis (knee) is out for the rest of the season after suffering the knee injury during Tuesday's contest, Bub Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Lewis was hurt during a play at the plate which forced him to exit the locker room on crutches after his game with short-season Everett. The 11th overall pick by the Mariners in June could end up missing a little more time at the beginning of next season as well, depending on the severity of his injury.
