Lester fell short in this contest, battling control issues throughout -- it took him 112 pitches to get through 5.2 innings. This was a bit of a disappointment considering he was coming off of his best start of the season against the Yankees, but was still better than the Lester we saw at the end of April. He will take the mound again on Friday at home against Milwaukee.
