Gallo was removed from Wednesday's game against the Mariners with an apparent injury, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Gallo looked like he might have tweaked something while scoring from second base on a single in the bottom of the sixth inning. He initially remained in for defense in the seventh but was replaced prior to the eighth inning. Gallo went 1-for-3 with an RBI double before being lifted.
