Leake was torched for seven runs and seven hits in just four innings at Baltimore on Thursday. Leake got off to a horrible start, surrendering six runs in the first inning, with most of the damage coming on a couple of home runs. He settled down a little after the initial frame, but was pulled at a pitch count of 78. He had been on a roll before Thursday's dud, not allowing a run over his previous 13.2 innings. The 26-year old righty will make two starts next week, facing St. Louis at home and then Milwaukee on the road.
