Leake turned in a solid performance Friday night, allowing two runs on five hits, walking four and striking out seven over seven innings, but was a hard-luck loser in the Reds' 2-1 loss to Miami. Leake (9-10, 3.42 ERA) continues to provide quality innings, but he did struggle to find the plate in this one, needing 118 pitches (just 66 for strikes) to cover the seven innings. He'll face a tough challenge in his next outing against the Rockies in Coors Field.
