Leake gave up three earned runs on eight hits and no walks with six strikeouts in six innings Tuesday against the Cardinals, picking up his 11th win of the season. This was coming off Leake's worst outing of the season, where he gave up seven runs and three homers during a 9-7 loss in Baltimore, so it was nice to see him rebound against a division rival. He'll look to be quality again in his next start Sunday against the Brewers, who have lost 13 of their last 14 games.
