As expected, Latos will come up to occupy a spot on the Nats' expanded September roster following an impressive three-start run with Syracuse. He got off to a great start with the White Sox this season, posting a 1.84 ERA over five starts, but quickly fell apart and it's hard to imagine a contending team like Washington would entrust Latos with a starting role (especially with Stephen Strasburg due back next week).
