Latos (shin) lasted just three innings on Saturday before leaving with a bruised shin thanks to a Cameron Maybin comebacker, giving up five runs on eight hits including a grand slam to light-hitting Jace Peterson. After two straight strong starts, Latos' performance took a step back on Saturday, sending his ERA climbing back up to 5.54. Assuming the shin injury doesn't disrupt his usual schedule, he'll look to deliver some quality innings on Thursday at home to the Diamondbacks.
