Latos (elbow) played catch for the first time Tuesday since being scratched from his last start, and reported feeling no pain, the Cincinnati Enquirer's John Fay reports. He may be able to pitch in the near future after being scratched from last Friday's start with a bone bruise on his elbow. There's no official word on a timetable for Latos to return to the mound, but theoretically Wednesday and Friday could be possibilities if he's over the ailment, so stay tuned.
