Lagares has a slight muscle strain underneath his right armpit, but an MRI revealed no structural damage, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports. Lagares is out of the lineup Tuesday and it sounds like he could sit Wednesday as well, with the team looking to turn the page on an issue that has bothered the center fielder since last week. Apparently, Lagares suffered the injury on a diving attempt in left-center field, but it doesn't seem as though he's in danger of missing extended time. Kirk Nieuwenhuis will man center field in Lagares' absence.
