Kyuji Fujikawa (elbow) is scheduled to undergo Tommy John surgery Tuesday. The surgery will be performed by Dr. James Andrews. Fujikawa, currently on the 60-day DL, will miss the remainder of 2013 and will likely be sidelined until at least next June. Signed to a two-year, $9.5 million deal over the winter, Fujikawa is doubtful to ever live up to his contract with the Cubs. He had a 5.25 ERA over 12 relief appearances this season.
