Kyle Seager snapped an 0-for-21 hitless streak with a go-ahead two-run homer in Friday's win over the Rangers. The Mariners were held scoreless through seven innings by Derek Holland, but Seager's blast off Neal Cotts in the eighth inning proved to be the difference in the ballgame. The 25-year-old has 18 homers through 119 games this season, so he's still in fine position to surpass his total of 20 from last year.
