Kyle Seager is not in the Mariners starting lineup for Friday's game against the Angels. It's the first day of rest since May 24 for Seager, who had started a franchise record 106 consecutive games at third base. Carlos Truinfel will draw his first career start at the hot corner and hit ninth against Matt Shoemaker.
