Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks has been scratched from Wednesday's scheduled minor league start with strep throat. Hendricks should be ready to make his 2018 regular season debut in the second game of the year for the Cubs. He remains one of the more underrated pitchers and should be able to return top 30 value among starting pitchers this year.
