Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks threw an 81-pitch shutout on Friday versus the Cardinals. Hendricks was dominant and only allowed four hits (all singles) and struck out three on the afternoon. Hendricks also did not issue a walk in the contest. This was an encouraging start for both Hendricks and fantasy owners after Hendricks had a rough April. Hendricks will look to keep it going versus the Marlins in a favorable matchup on Wednesday.
