Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks has been announced as the team's Opening Day starter on April 1 against the Pirates. This isn't particularly surprising, given that Hendricks got the nod last year along with the fact that he is the Cubs' top guy now with Yu Darvish in San Diego.
