Washington Nationals relief pitcher Kyle Finnegan held onto a three-run lead to pick up his first save in a 4-1 win over the Atlanta Braves. Finnegan bounced back nicely from a rough outing on opening day, tossing a scoreless, hitless frame in which he did not walk or strikeout a batter.
