Kurt Suzuki homered and drove home two runs, leading the Nationals to a 4-3 victory over the Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

Suzuki finished the day 2-for-3 plus a walk. He got the Nationals on the board in the third inning, swatting a solo home run off Jake Wesbrook. He extended the advantage to 2-0 with an RBI single in the sixth inning. Suzuki is now hitting .246 (17-for-69) with two homers and 10 RBI through his first 19 games with the Nats.
