Kuhl (6-10) took the loss Tuesday against the Cubs after allowing three runs on seven hits with three walks and seven strikeouts in 5.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Kuhl posted an uninspiring 4.50 ERA and 14:11 K:BB over his previous three starts, but surprisingly matched zeroes with Jake Arrieta through five innings. He fell apart in the sixth, however, surrendering three runs and two other base runners before being lifted with only one out. There's little reason to expect much improvement when he faces this same Chicago team in Pittsburgh on Monday.
