Konerko (hand) will rest Saturday but is expected to be in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Konerko is still recovering from a hand injury that left him out of the lineup for a significant amount of time until he was able to play Friday. While not trying to rush into anything, Konerko will cautiously rest up before his appearance Sunday.
