Kimbrel struck out the side to pick up his 22nd save Saturday in Texas. Kimbrel demonstrated the importance of a dominant closer, as he completely shut the door on the Rangers offense in the bottom of the ninth after Texas closer Shawn Tolleson blew a save in the top of the inning. The 27-year-old has allowed just one run since May 19.
