Kiermaier (wrist) was activated from the DL and is back in the lineup Friday against the Orioles, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

He will man center field and bat eighth against right-hander Yovani Gallardo in his first start back after missing nearly two months with multiple broken bones in his hand. Kiermaier was hitting for more power while striking out less and walking more before landing on the shelf, but some bad luck on balls in play has hurt his average to this point. The 26-year-old hasn't hit higher than seventh in a start this season.
