Kiermaier went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer, three RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's win over the A's. Wednesday's effort was certainly encouraging, as Kiermaier came into the contest mired in a 6-for-36 slump across his last 13 games. The rookie outfielder has certainly slowed down at the plate so far in the second half and could be quickly headed for a decrease in playing time with both Wil Myers (wrist) and David DeJesus (hand) possibly returning soon.
