Kiermaier (knee) is out of the lineup Friday against the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Kiermaier said that his knee felt sore after Wednesday's contest against the Blue Jays, so he'll have the night off as the Rays opt to go with an outfield lineup of Corey Dickerson, Mikie Mahtook, and Steven Souza.
