Kiermaier is out of the lineup Tuesday, the Tampa Bay Times' Marc Topkin reports. The Rays will deploy a right-heavy lineup with lefty C.J. Wilson on the mound for the Angels on Tuesday. Kiermaier may get another day off Wednesday with lefty Hector Santiago taking the ball for the Halos. Mikie Mahtook will get the start in center field and hit eighth Tuesday.
