Mikie Mahtook will take over in center field Saturday with Kiermaier nursing a sore hip. Kiermaier himself said earlier Saturday that he didn't expect to play after leaving Friday's tilt when his hip tightened up on him. He is considered day-to-day at this time, but it's unclear if his hip issues will clear up in time for him to rejoin the lineup Sunday.
