Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier (back) is out of Wednesday's starting lineup against the visiting San Francisco Giants due to back spasms. Kiermaier says he's day-to-day, so it doesn't appear to be too serious, although we'll keep an eye on his status heading into Thursday's series finale against the Gigantes.
