Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier left the game Sunday versus Philadelphia early after injuring his thumb. He tried to get into second base on a play and caught the thumb causing injury. He will have an MRI Monday but it sounds like some believe it will be a significant amount of time he will miss. His 2018 numbers looked bad but his track record suggested another story.
