Kevin Gregg is unlikely to have a spot on the Dodgers' Opening Day roster. Gregg has posted a 0.82 ERA in 11 spring appearances, but the Dodgers don't have an opening. The veteran righty can opt out of his contract or accept an assignment to the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate in Albuquerque.
