Kevin Gausman (pneumonia) has been cleared to return to Triple-A Norfolk's rotation on Saturday. Gausman sat out a week with focal pneumonia. The talented young right-hander owns a 2.53 ERA in 21 1/3 innings this year at Norfolk and should join the Orioles' starting rotation at some point before the All-Star break.
