Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com writes that "it would be a shock" if the Giants offered Brian Wilson arbitration. Wilson made $8.5 million this season, and the biggest pay cut he could receive through arbitration is 20 percent, meaning he would get a minimum of $6.8 million. It would be a tad risky to guarantee him that much while he's making his way back from a second Tommy John surgery, so Rosenthal expects the Giants to work out an incentive-laden, pre-arbitration deal.
