Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that the White Sox are considering adding a starter, which would allow them the flexibility to trade Gavin Floyd. Rosenthal says it would be a "lower-end type at the right price." Floyd is set to make $9.5 million in 2013 before hitting free agency next winter. He would fetch a pretty decent return in a trade -- perhaps someone that could play third base -- so it would make some sense to deal him now if new GM Rick Hahn is able to find a starter at a bargain.
