Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that the Marlins are the "best bet" to sign C.J. Wilson, with the Angels a close second. It's starting to get a little ridiculous at this point. The Marlins, who previously have never had a payroll north of $60 million, have already handed out $191 million worth of contract in a matter of days and look to be willing to spend more on the top available free agent pitcher. It's a two-horse race, as the Nationals and Rangers hae bowed out.
