Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that Felix Doubront was claimed off waivers Tuesday by an unidentified club. It's worth noting that Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe reported earlier this month that Doubront was placed on waivers. So either Doubront was placed on waivers again (which means they are no longer revocable) or one of the reports is inaccurate. Either way, Doubront will almost certainly be claimed and likely wouldn't make it out of the American League. The 24-year-old southpaw has a 4.79 ERA and 126/54 K/BB ratio in 127 2/3 innings over 23 starts this year.
