Kelly left Wednesday's game with Triple-A Pawtucket after being struck by a line drive, Jake Seiner of MiLB.com reports. The Red Sox have not yet provided a diagnosis for Kelly's injury, but the comebacker reportedly struck him on the forearm. Kelly allowed four earned runs with an 11:5 K:BB in his first two starts for Pawtucket following his demotion late last month, but only lasted one inning Wednesday.
