Kelly left Tuesday's game against the Rays with an apparent injury after facing only four batters, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.

It wasn't obvious what was ailing Kelly, but he seemed to stretch his shoulder a bit after striking out Corey Dickerson in the first inning. The trainer came out to see him and Kelly left after a lengthy visit, with Heath Hembree replacing him on the mound. Kelly walked two of the four batters he faced.
