Kelley allowed three runs, two earned, with two walks and a strikeout over 1.1 innings to take the loss Monday against the Dodgers. Kelley came on with two outs in the seventh and finished the inning by inducing a groundout from Juan Uribe. He ran into trouble in the eighth, however, walking the leadoff batter and then committing an error, which allowed Jimmy Rollins to come to the plate with two men on. Rollins homered to right to give the Dodgers the lead. Kelley was the third reliever to appear after Nick Vincent and Frank Garces.
