Justin Turner will start at second base and bat second on Opening Night Saturday against the Diamondbacks. Turner has landed on his feet after the Mets cut him over the winter, beating out a group including $28 million man Alexander Guerrero, former shortstop Dee Gordon and veteran Chone Figgins to function as the Dodgers' starting second baseman in Game 1. Turner, who should be a useful piece in NL-only formats, was non-tendered in December after hitting .280/.319/.385 with a pair of homers and 16 RBI in 214 plate appearances last season.
