Judge went 2-for-3 with a walk, two home runs and three RBI in Friday's 14-11 extra-inning win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Both homers came off Kevin Gausman, giving Judge nine long balls on the season to go with a strong .282/.363/.718 slash line. He's still striking out at a scary 27.5 percent rate but the 25-year-old's .275 BABIP isn't out of line with his contact rate, so there may not be a major regression in his batting average coming. Judge's height and power stroke have drawn comparisons to Giancarlo Stanton, and so far the rookie is holding up his end of that bargain.
