Juan Rivera went 2-for-4 and homered Friday in his debut for the Dodgers. Rivera will be a fixture against left-handers for the Dodgers, though whether he starts in left field or first base may be determined on a day-to-day basis. He doesn't stand to play against righties unless Tony Gwynn Jr. goes into an extended slump.
