Juan Lagares left Monday's game with a pulled right hamstring. Lagares suffered the injury after reaching on a fielder's choice in the seventh inning. It wouldn't be surprising if a trip to the disabled list is in his future. Chris Young (quad) isn't eligible to be activated until Friday, so the Mets could call up Kirk Nieuwenhuis for a few days. Bobby Abreu is another option, but he'd have to be added to the 40-man roster.
