Juan Lagares hit a two-run homer as the Mets defeated the Nationals on Saturday in Washington. Lagares also made a fantastic homer-robbing catch off Jayson Werth. The athletic 25-year-old center fielder is now batting .304/.348/.471 with two home runs and 14 RBI in 29 games this season. He should be a regular member of the Mets' starting lineup going forward.
