Juan Lagares (hamstring) will be placed on the 15-day disabled list. The Mets have yet to make the official announcement, but Kirk Nieuwenhuis will replace him on the active roster. Curtis Granderson (forearm, rib cage, knee) also left Monday's game, but he will avoid the disabled list for now.
